Our programs are based on the public school terms, usually 10 weeks, apart from the Sharks and Masters squads. We typically use this pause to conduct our in-house training program, keeping our staff abreast of the latest developments in teaching techniques. It also allows students, and staff, the opportunity to recharge and come back ready for the challenges of the new term. By requiring the commitment to this length of term (which we also require of staff) it avoids the unconscionable act of charging for lessons you cannot attend – in our opinion, a failure to treat you as a valued customer instead of an income stream.
