An age appropriate class designed for kids aged 5 -13 years.
Our Kids Yoga classes are fun, joyful and inclusive. Fantastic for flexibility and strength, learning relaxation skills, posture, concentration, coordination, body awareness, self-confidence, self-esteem and establishing excellent physical and mental health.
Classes include yoga games and partner activities.
Taught by fully certified Yoga Teachers specialising in Kids & Family Yoga.
